Mr. McCluskey has performed throughout the United States with New York City Opera’s National Company, Merola Opera Program, San Francisco Opera’s Western Opera Theater, Opera Theater of Saint Louis, Spoleto Festival, Sarasota Opera, Connecticut Grand Opera, Connecticut Opera, Opera Omaha, Kentucky Opera, Banff Festival, Saint Louis Symphony, Nashville Symphony, Chautauqua Symphony, Paris Opera Ballet, M.S. Sagafjord, and M.S. Vistafjord. He is a recipient of the William Matheus Sullivan Award, and the Richard Gaddes Award from Opera Theater of Saint Louis. Mr. McCluskey is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale: Bachelors of Music (1984); Masters of Music (1986). He is currently a doctoral candidate for graduation from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University pending the completion of his dissertation on Gerald Finzi’s songs for tenor.
